Neutral Tracks comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and you'll get your money back. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email help@neutralsound.com with your order email address. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle using the receipt link in your purchase confirmation email. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record) and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

What happens to your license

After a refund, your license key is revoked. The app reverts to demo mode (all features available, save disabled). Your projects are not deleted — you can reopen them if you purchase again.

After 30 days

Refund requests after the 30-day window are handled case by case. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to any rights you have under consumer-protection law, not instead of them. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, and nothing here limits them.
