Neutral Tracks comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and you'll get your money back. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email help@neutralsound.com with your order email address. Refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment provider) and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.

What happens to your license

After a refund, your license key is revoked. The app reverts to demo mode (all features available, save disabled). Your projects are not deleted — you can reopen them if you purchase again.

After 30 days

Refund requests after the 30-day window are handled case by case. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.
