Stereo

The Stereo view is a goniometer with a correlation meter under it. It has no settings.

The goniometer plots left against right, turned so that mono content stands as a vertical line and a wide image fills the sides. Content that leans left or right leans the picture the same way.

The correlation meter reads from -1 to +1. Near +1 the channels agree, and the mix sums to mono as loud as it plays. Near 0 they are unrelated, a wide but honest image. Below 0 the meter turns red: the channels are working against each other, and the mix will lose level in mono.
